Question Scan Black Internal All in 1 (57+) Card Reader

Does anyone have this reader? What makes the Akasa one £4 more? the dual fascia?
The scan one comes with a 3.5" -> 5.25" converter

To me they look the same, but is there much difference?

    Thanks

There is not much between the 2 devices as you have highlighted and the price difference is just down to the branding really.
