I recently had cause to return some Faulty RAM under an RMA. Replacement was received within a couple of days after you tested it. I put the RAM in my rig only to find it wouldn't boot. No beep, no nothing. Spoke to one of your tech support guys who suggested taking it out the case and just attach the minimum. Still no joy.
Looked like the motherboard had gone. Tech Support asked what the board was, notified me it was on a 3 year guarantee and he would arrange an RMA.
Yet again replacement received within a couple of days.

So having put it all back together I now have a working system, even down to it recognising my DV cam which it never did before !
