Thumbs down My First Order and Its a Delayed One

I place my first order with scan on Wednesday night and get Monday shipping day, not next day but its ok I cant wait till then. Today however I get a delayed order email. No details of when it will be delayed to and another delivery date. This is bad for obvious reasons and also the fact I cant actually have the things delivered to my current address as my card is registered to my mothers house.

Is there any reason why my order may take a week to get to me? Will I ever find out what the new delivery date is?

The 1 x PSU/SEASONIC/S12II50 500W SEASONIC S12II-500W is currently on the transfer list to be brought over from our warehouse

This will be done, the order can be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday 31st July .

Sorry for the delay and I will look into why the stock has not been brought over sooner

    Best Regards

Apologies for the 1 day delay,

This is the reason we only provide estimated / Requested delivery dates and confirm by e-mail/SMS once the order has been dispatched. City Link then guarantee next day delivery from the point of dispatch

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused

OK thanks for the help. A one day delay may not be a lot to you but I have to ensure that someone is in to collect the delivery which can cause troubles esp if it get delayed as not everyone can work on 24 hours notice. Thanks again tho
