The contact number given for Cibox is useless as it takes you to an automated system which requires an extension number or name with no option to go to the switchboard.
The correct contact number as given in the UK Cibox warranty information is for repairtech.

Try just mashing the keypad for 10 secs or so. Sometimes it confuses the automated system and just passes you on to someone squishy.
