URGENT: Are 3XS systems fully built?

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE PROPER INSTALLATION OF YOUR GOODS AND ENSURE THAT WHERE EVER NECESSARY YOU ACCESS THE MANUFACTURERS WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD ANY NECESSARY PRODUCT UPGRADES (DRIVERS/MANUALS) ETC.

I have just ordered my 3XS system and would urgently want to know:

Whether the system delivered is unassembled (where each component are provided separately) OR assembled (with all internal hardware installed and bootable/usable)?

In other words, does the "GOODS" refer to the hardware OR software?

yes they are, and you can even pay scan to overclock the high end range if you want.

'Installation' will mean make sure you don't plug the monitor into the keyboard's PS/2 port and such.
