Scan have taken a lot of stick recently about their service,some probably justified(its not a perfect world).
Lets not kick them all the time and when they have got it right then us as their customers should post their good points not just the negative side.
I returned a card on Friday they recieved it on Monday agreed it was faulty the same day.
The service I have recieved throughout has been first class.
