    Add to order please

    Hi,

    I sent a request to add an item to my order [Order *edited*]. The item was Scan Code: LN18208 [Microsoft 9VU-00004, Reclusa Ultimate Keyboard]. The query number is *edited*
    Can you confirm this was OK?

    Also, I currently have another customer service enquiry outstanding, but it is under the same number [*edited*]. I worried one may have been over written [as they both have the same number] ?
