Hello Scan, I have ordered from you many times in the past well my family anyway I am a little disappointed in a way. I placed my order Saturday morning just after midnight in-fact and was very surprised to receive an email stating you had taken payment and my order had been received. (I didn't expect such an email until the Monday).
Anyway, with an estimated delivery date of the 15th I was again a tad disappointed, however I do respect you are indeed a very busy company hopefully I will receive my order before or on the Friday because then I will be happy as Larry, as I expect it will be however....
It appears an item I ordered which was instock at the time of order and on the Monday of this week. Is now out of stock.
I am upset so to speak about this perhaps someone ahead of me in the backlog of orders on the weekend snapped it up before me, that is of course possible but I cant afford to delay my order any longer!
If you do not have the item in stock tomorrow or available for that matter for my order, could you remove the item from my order mostly because I need my items as soon as possible! This would be greatly appricated

*EDIT* I assume the best way is really ringing customer services I know the person in front of me in the queue proberly snapped it up but its still frustrating dammit lol. Also not that I am too bothered but I have found that from time of order to receive items, seems to be taking 2 days later I have found this with two orders is this just bad luck?
