Phone orders not showing up on the web

I've recently made two orders by phone.
1 for a preorder 8800gt
2 for a big bunch of stuff.

I've received about them although when I log onto my scan web account thingy they are not showing up in ether outstanding orders or previous orders section.

because they were phoned? or because they are not being sent to my home address?

Only orders placed online appear on the site at the moment.
