After my last two disappointing experiences ordering from Scan, (orders had to be cancelled due to the dreaded "unexpected volumes in our warehouse" message), and on the basis of 'third time lucky', I have decided to have another try. I placed an order on Monday that should leave Scan today for delivery tomorrow (Thursday 29th). Will some kind soul at Scan please try to see that order <snipped #1> is dispatched today.
Also, the payment made for my last order that was cancelled on the 21st has, as of this morning, not been credited back to my card account. Will someone please look at this for me as well. I have mailed CS late yesterday afternoon (Tues) about this.
