It's one of those things it depends on which City Link branch you deal with. The one where I live are ok but they went through a spell of messing up a lot of orders and lying about missed deliveries. All you can do is let the company who use CL and CL HQ know about your feelings.

They once left a parcel of mine at the back door without telling me and it lay there in the pissing rain for four days (excellent packaging saved the day), but that was an exception. Parcelforce on the other hand seem to treat every item as indestructable and I've had two items delivered by them in a year that looked like they'd been dropped off a building..

Btw as soon as I finished reading Andys post I thought "that sounds like a plug by a Tuffnells rep"

These threads come around every so often and the reply will always be the same ... Every courier has its issues not just City Link.... and we need to be realistic and look at the bigger picture as compared to the number of order's shipped the issues are isolated

Using the search feature will reveal more information

If anyone has a specific issues they can bring to my attention please feel free to PM me directly

    Regards

Never once had a problem with Citylink, sadly the same cant be said for home delivery network, DHL, Royal mail etc etc.

Maybe it would be possible for you to contract two agents so at least those who dont like citylink have the option of using an alternative?
