Is it not a replacement unless you asked for a refund specifically, or if the product is out of stock you might get offered an alternative
since you only got it on the 11th or what ever (sorry memory bad) then you will be able to get a replacement or refund at your choice i believe, just wait till tomorrow when a scan employee will respond here and answer your question.
Id say post here first saying that you want replacement/refund.

I've arranged a pick up on thursday but both my query email and return email did not state anything about if I'm going to have a refund,replacment etc.

Unless you request otherwise then a replacement will be given I would have thought (stock pending). Otherwise a suitable alternative and a refund as a last resort. Give em a call - the staff are very helpfull and don't bite!

I had a PSU fail which has been RMA'd
Not only would they not provide a refund, they can't or won't provide a replacement and are insisting on supplying a lower value alternative
