Ordering problem???

I placed an order for 2 mouse pads and a desktop keyboard set, logged into my account and all seemed well. At the last stage I didn't use the 'secure logout' button but went back to my account. Been waiting for at least a couple of hours now, still haven't recieved any confirmation of my order....

It's my first order from scan btw if that helps

oh... I thought they'd have an automated system like most other sites, esp when they say you can order 24hrs online

yes it is automated but they need too pick it etc etc and then get on the computer and then record it too send the email, alot of work when you already work long(i think this is how it works). You can order 24hours a day only but too be processed it will happen during(or just before) opening hours.
