Greetings,

I have just received 2 e-mails for 2 items that I RMA'd due to faults, one was a HDD that had a very bad vibration (I have 2 more of these same make/models, this is not normal) and the other item was an icybox which when connected to two seperate systems on three occasions caused my usb configuration to get corrupted and cause my PC to reboot intermittently, two systems running fresh installs of Windows Vista 64bit patched up to date.

Both RMA's are showing at status . Awaiting replacement / credit, please can someone confirm that this is just the way the website shows the RMA details or are scan going to reject these RMA's?
I need to know so that I dont get these Items sent back to me without discussion especially as I have already ordered and paid for replacements from Scan.
