Scan free delivery issues

I have been a hexus member for a long time, so I can't see the registration sync thing bieng a problem. I have tried linking hexus and scan accounts using my hexus acc no 1731 with my scan account but it keeps saying account not found.

Any ideas? I have pmd lee but haven't had a reply.
