Hey, I ordered my item on Wednesday night, and it's supposed to be here today, but it has not came yet, been up since 9, awaiting for it, it usually comes at 11, same times as my previous deliveries, but today, nothing, yet, probably got another 2 hours until all deliveries are next delivered, any idea why it has not come? Sorry if I seem impatient!

The city-link website is showing that the following status of the order
Current Status: These goods have been loaded onto a van for delivery today.
As such, this should arrive today it might be that the driver has been held up due to traffic, weather issues or just busy.

I tried that, but I didn't have my City Link Job No, plus I cleaned out my inbox, so I most likely removed the email containing the number, also, deliveries always come to the back of my house, is there any way, that you could possible let them know to come to the front? The guy got lost, so did another guy, just makes it easier I suppose.
If you had the invoice number the tracking number could have been found from the scan site under the support section.
Anyway glad the order has arrived
