I got an RMA on the 1st July... after some emails I finally got the RMA item to be picked up 2 weeks later(mostly my fault so no biggie).
Item was received 15th July and found faulty. Replacement authorised and apparently sent on the 16th July. I have yet to receive the item and I have been at home every day from the 16th July until today(30th July) and will still be at home everyday for the next month should it take that long for city-link to pull there finger out of there ass and deliver the item. Heaven forbid city-link actually do there job...
This is the 4th time I have had delivery issues with city-link and because of city-link you are losing my custom... I have no issues with your service its the crappy delivery city-link provide that lets you down.
I didn't receive a reference number for the delivery via email and up until recently the RMA status page was not being viewed correctly by my browser so I couldn't get it off there either.
I'd like to have my replacement sometime this year if possible.
