    Zyxel Cash Back

    Last time I use a Zyxel product or a cash back promotion. This just seems to be a scam. Guess they are hoping no one fills in the forms or sends them off to late or they just say sorry we have not received your application and they get to keep all your money. I Brought the product (Zyxel p-660hwp-d1), sent the application off on time and filled in correctly and still no money. I have sent them emails and they asked for copies of my application which they received and guess what still no money. Phoned Zyxel who said they don't deal with it contact the company running the scheme who I only have an email address as a form of contact. They could have at least had a premium rate number for me to call to finish me off.

    Could scan help me out in anyway. Anyone else been short changed or actually been paid by this scheme?

    Maybe not the last time I use Zyxel but I think I will try and avoid cash back deals in the future. I apologies for mentioning the words "This just seems to be a scam" in my original post as we all know that Scan and Zyxel would not be involve in such practices and was written in frustration. I am actually very happy with the products I bought and the Homeplug feature is amazing and works a treat. It was just the cash back process that I felt let down by.

    On behalf of ZyXEL I can state that the recent Cash Back promotion was not a scam and was a genuine promotion on our HomePlug Routers. I apologise if anyone has experienced problems claiming the cash back, if so please contact ZyXEL directly on 01344 303044.

    To add further to this the Zyxel have spoken to "rootjuiceUK" directly and are in the process of resolving this issue.
