Low Profile Card for an Optiplex 745

Hi chaps,

We've got a machine here at work which needs to be dual monitor capable, but it's a SFF case which needs a low profile dual head card, Dell used to supply a specific ATi X1300 card with a splitter, but this has now been discontinued.

I've been told I need low profile card with an LHF-60 port and a splitter for dual DVI - would http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=695830 work, and does it have the splitter cable in the box?
