    RMA Power Supply

    Hi

I bought a Scan 3XS PC just over 2 and a half years ago and the PSU has died in it, it went bang very loudly! It's a Tagan 430W PSU and I have the packaging and documents that came with the PSU off the shelf before it was built into my PC. The PSU has a 3 year warranty with Tagan so can I RMA it to them even though I bought it already installed into a PC, given I have the packaging and documentation for it?

I tried ringing support about this but no one was picking up, but I may have followed the wrong path through your telephone system.

    Many Thanks

    Andy
