    Card details declined

    Just went to submit and order and I got an email saying my card details had been declined, I'm going to guess I put my details in wrong.

    Tried to ring since you've posted saying you're open today (Sunday 21st) till 4PM however I got an automated "Our offices are closed".

    Please advise on what to do since I wanted this order to get posted before Christmas.

    Reception is open today - not telephone sales.

    Yep, just came on to post a thankyou.

    Rang up on Monday morning and spoke to a bloke almost instantly and he quickly sorted it out. Arrived today nicely packaged .

    Although, I think the guy thought I was an idiot. My card says mastro/solo. So I wasn't sure which and put it as Mastro then said solo/maestro so I think he thought I was a retard .

    You'll be surprised how many people make the same mistake... I don't think my colleague thought that at all
