Basically before popping out to Bolton for food on Saturday I stuck an order in for some inks and a memory card around 12.30pm and thought that by the time that my food was ready, so would the order.
At the time of ordering, your system showed in stock, and when I selected the Q-Collect option, a little popup kind of thing came on screen saying it was going to update stock?, but then disappeared.
So I thought no problems.
By the time I finished eating, I popped the post code into my trusty TOM TOM and came over, noticed that the shutters were still up (4.30pm) but by the time I turned my car around the back side (delivery entrance?) they were down. Nnnnooooooooooooo....
Oh well, but by the time I got home I had only had 2 emails, and none saying that the items were ready, so could someone pop on and I'll PM the order ref for you to check on?
Secondly, how long can these Q-Collect sets be kept on the side? As I'm in work now and won't get the time to come down for the next few days...
The second item is a refund for a O.O.S. cable that should have been processed a few months back but still hasn't. Basically the "My Account" > "Previous orders" has had the item removed and total updated but this was AFTER my card was debited.
Logging it on your system last month sometime gave it the same ref as the first time, so to you guys it may seem like it has already been dealt with....
