I am going to RMA my Asus PT6SE board and thing of swapping it for another make or model. basically not happy with the SATA connectors on the board as they are covered by the HDD and 5.25 enclosures and are a real bugger to swap once its installed. one of these two. I need headers for Esata, USB, Firewire. sounds 7.1 HD idealy and 1 IDE HDD connector, has to support 1600MHZ DDR3 Triple channel, not fussed about SLI/Crossfire.
I was errring towards the MSI but from the pic it looks like it has the same SATA layout as well.
ANy suggestions budget is about £170 INC VAT max
