Hi I recently purchased Corsair TwinX 4GB DDR2 8500 C5 from you and after testing each stick of RAM one at a time with memtest i found that one of the sticks is faulty.
Can you please advise how i should send this back to you?

Your in the wrong section, lol.
RMA it, you have to send both sticks back i believe.

Great! I received my replacement RAM today! Tested with memtest and all seems fine.
Nice to know that I can rely on top quality after sales service as well from Scan.
Has to be said its the quickest and most efficient RMA service i have had the pleasure of using.
