RAM stick faulty Please advise

Hi I recently purchased Corsair TwinX 4GB DDR2 8500 C5 from you and after testing each stick of RAM one at a time with memtest i found that one of the sticks is faulty.

Can you please advise how i should send this back to you?

That was quick, already got a reply back from scan to my e-mail address with RMA instructions.

Any news? I see that it says that they have been tested faulty and waiting on replacement which is good, do you know how long it mite be as im off on holiday soon.

Great! I received my replacement RAM today! Tested with memtest and all seems fine.

Nice to know that I can rely on top quality after sales service as well from Scan.
Has to be said its the quickest and most efficient RMA service i have had the pleasure of using.

Another from me, That’s why i keep coming back TBH.
