Scan Debit / Credit Dilemma

First off, I apologise if this is the wrong place, but its now late and I have no1 else to ask

I want to order some parts for a new rig from scan, and it states if I use any form of electronic payment other than switch/electron, I can select an alternative delivery address (which is vital).

However, upon clicking the debit card radio button, I am told my delivery address will be ignored. My card is a Visa Debit card - not one of the above, so surely is fine?

Was it an error - are all debit cards billing address only, or should I select credit card (so it allows the alt address) and visa as the type? (I don't know if this would work or not)...

Is the card that you are trying to use registered to your billing address? Also double check which card type you have selected because if you select switch it will give you this error.
