I purchased a Gainward GTX 260 video card from Scan a couple of days ago but where are my 3D glasses? It clearly states "Includes Batman: Arkham Asylum & 3D Discover Glasses".

Hmm no it doesnt clearly mention the glasses...It just says that you get a download coupon.
- From SCAN website* For a limited time only, purchase this graphics card and receive a coupon good for the digital download of Batman: Arkham Asylum, PC version.
It does however, on the image stated that it is GEFORE 3d Vision Ready
Have you linked to the wrong product?

The 3D Glasses where remove quite some time ago.

I wouldn't get too excited - '3D discover' is just a pair of different coloured anaglyph glasses, probably made of cardboard. It'd be easier to spend a couple of quid on ebay and get a pair of plastic ones.
Geforce 3D Vision Ready just means it can render games etc in 3D, it doesn't mean you will get the glasses though. The ones that come with it are cheap cardboard ones. If you want proper 3D Glasses with active shutter technology etc they are around the £100 mark.
I enjoyed viewing games in 3D, the effect is amazing but short lived, all the colours are messed up with the cheap cardboard glasses as you would expect. To get the full colour effect you need the active shutter glasses with a 120Hz monitor, pricey, but worthwhile I would expect.
