Sharkoon X-tatic V3 digital 5.1 headphones

Hi,

I received an email late last night to say the Sharkoon X-tatic digital 5.1 headphones I ordered on 21/12 were in fact out of stock ("in stock" when I ordered). It says the due date is today. Can someone please tell me that these will definitely be in today, and they'll be despatched today and delivered tomorrow? If not then I need to cancel and order elsewhere, otherwise there'll be an unhappy little chappy on Friday morn.

Sorry guys, the supplier has confirmed the delivery will be delayed due to the weather conditions so delivery this side of Christmas will not be possible.

I see these are now listed in stock again... but I take it you didn't magically get them in yesterday and have sent them out for delivery today, like some 21st century Miracle on Sompting Avenue? Will they be despatched for delivery on the 29th?

I ordered last night when they were 'in-stock' again only to be told this morning (on the phone) they wasn't, i bought the SCU and headset seperately though which cost around £8 more.

Come a Scan guy confirm that the stock is definitely on the way to you? If it was originally scheduled to be delivered yesterday but got held up by the weather, I'm assuming you'll get the stock sometime next week and despatch? Could really do with some clarification on this, I see the website is now saying out of stock again. I'd rather order elsewhere if you're uncertain as to when you'll get stock in.

I bought them seperately becuase its exactly the same thing and i still get to open something tomorrow Anyhow, i actually went to the store myself as my original plan was to pick up the SCU & Headset package but when i was told there were none in-stock i cancelled that order and bought seperates.

Yes - i was in the same boat.
