    seasonic x650 psu

    hi,

i have recently bought this psu from yourselves, i am after a case for it. i have heard that it doesnt fit well in the fractal design r2 case, which i quite like, also considering the lian li c34f and the antec remote fusion max. needs to be as silent as possible.

just wondering if you can advise regarding the best choice.

i would love to get away with a media case but obviously heat and noise can be an issue if you dont build it quite low spec.

this is what i have so far:

    i5 750 - have
gigabyte p55a-ud3 or ud3r mobo - to buy
    h50 corsair cooler- have
    3 x 1tb f1 sammys - have
4550 or 5450 depending how quickly they appear - to buy
    8gb corsair 12800 ddr3 ram - have
    x650 seasonic psu - have
24' led monitor - to buy
ssd to be added later as well as possibly more hdds

would really appreciate some advice or further recommendations. thanks

Doesn't the fractal have the psu at the bottom?

I can't see why this will cause a problem with the installing the psu?

I have the seasonic X 750 and it fits in my A05n easily.

yeah it was just something someone has said on another forum about it blocking one of the bottom fans. was curious if anyone at scan had built using both these items together?
