ETA on LN28745

I am looking for a short form factor passive[SILENT] nVidia GPU for a HTPC and this fits the bill...in fact it seems to be the only card in Scan's catalogue that fits the bill.
Does this card handle SPDIF audio out via HDMI, like the Palit 9800GT does (I have one of these in my studio PC)?
Assuming it does meet my requirements, I need to know whether you're getting any more of the LN28745 NE29500TFHD01-PM8B96 - 1GB Palit 9500GT Super, 800MHz GDDR2, GPU 550MHz, Shader 1350MHz, 32Cores, HDMI/ DVI, PASSIVE H/Sink in and when?
