    Payment authorised over the phone. I've not used it before, but they give you a url and a pin number which brings up a credit card authorisation page. Quite clever i thought. But yeah, odd that is not shown on the invoices.

    It was though or the order would not have been picked

    When your placing the order over the phone, because we verbally give you this information as well as you getting a 'on-screen' confirmation when doing the VBV/MSC authorisation, the system jumps this stage and goes straight to picking.

    Also, any orders placed via the phone ordering system will not show on your online accounts. The website ordering and phone ordering systems are 2 seperate systems which are no linked for security reasons.
