WD2002FYPS (WD 2TB Enterprise) firmware version?

Have just brought 4 of these drives and a QNAP to go with it for delivery on Monday (nice fast service btw) and for compatibility, QNAP recommends using 04.05G05 firmware and that drives from the WD factory from Nov 2009 will be using this firmware.

Can anyone confirm what firmware is on the drive that are currently shipped from Scan?

I'm afraid we cannot guarantee the firmware on items like this. This is down to the fact that we source all our products from more than 1 active supplier and as such at any given time there is always a good chance we could have a mixed batch in stock on the shelves.
