    Awaiting replacement / Credit

    Hi Guys,

Why do orders stay so long on awaiting replacement / credit, things have been tested and found faulty then go to this status and seem to just stay there for ages, on some other posts people have been waiting 2 weeks, what is the issue ? I mean mine has only been like this for 3 days but why so long, the website says they have stock so why not just send it out if awaiting replacement. Rant over, it’s just I’m impertinent and want to get my new system finally up and running.

    Rant over

Been there not long so far... you have to wonder whether replacements are ordered in as opposed to being taken from existing stock?

    Hi peggm01

Each RMA is dealt with on a case by case basis, there are many variables delaying the RMA process.

If you have an issue you are personally experiencing please raise a thread in the After Sales section with your RMA number so we can look into this for you.

    Best Regards

Share your frustration, I had a new set up delivered on the 16th and a small fault with one component has completely halted my build 'till I get a replacement, so far I've found the RMA took 24 hours to send out, arranged pickup the day after, recognition of return being received and tested a further 2 1/2 working days after dpd dropped it off, so now I'm in your position, waiting for the confirmation of a replacement dispatch. Like the scan guy says though, I guess it really depends on how bad/difficult the fault is... since mine is pretty small I'm hoping they send something out today or tomorrow for a delivery this week if so, on reflection, that wouldn't be too bad given they apparently have a back log, but we'll see...

Also, you really should start an RMA thread for your problem like a few others in the after care section

andmar can I ask what the dault is on yours, I will try and raise a threard in the after sales but it asks for order number which I dont have to hand just the rma number and invoice number, can I use either of these as it says posts with an invalid order number will be delted just want to get it right and get my new build up and running.

    Order number = invoice number

RMA number would suffice if you don't have either of these.
