NVidia Promo Code Not Working

Hi,

Today I received my graphics card in the post which I am very pleased with, but the code I was given to redeem HAWX 2 does not work, the price stays the same at the checkout.

Can anyone shed light on the matter, is this scans fault? If so can my code be replaced.

Same Problem, after doing some research it appears that nVidia is NOT correct when they say that you can redeem your code before release date (11th or 12th November depending on your region).

It seems that their are 2 types of promo code that people have been given, one is from UBI Soft which should allow you to pre-order and get a free copy of BA2, and one from nVidia which does not allow you to pre-order.

Most people seem to think that you will be able to order once the game is released, however it may still not work :/

My guess is a sloppy web dev somewhere has forgotten to wire up the post correctly for these nVidia codes

I can now confirm the code does NOT work. How disappointing.

I'd like to hear from a Scan rep as to what they are going to do about this, I can't be the only one with a code that doesn't work.

We have contacted NVIDIA directly who have informed us they are experiencing server issues and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
