How to return my P67 motherboard?

I am wanting to send back my faulty P67 motherboard for a refund to get a new Z68 board this week or next week. But I have some questions:

1. Do I just email scan and tell them my situation?
2. Is it ok to have the motherboard in it's box and for that box not to be needed in another box or casing?
3. How long before I get my money back so I can get a new motherboard?

The quickest way is to raise a Returns Query via our Support system and arrange the board to be returned for a refund, you can purchase any new board you require for next day delivery

I'm just checking on questions 2 & 3.
