I am wanting to send back my faulty P67 motherboard for a refund to get a new Z68 board this week or next week. But I have some questions:
1. Do I just email scan and tell them my situation?
2. Is it ok to have the motherboard in it's box and for that box not to be needed in another box or casing?
3. How long before I get my money back so I can get a new motherboard?
