Corsair H100, Lian Li PC-P50R and Bitspower Radguard.

Hi guys, first off i'm looking at purchasing a H100 as soon as available. The problem with the Lian Li is the P50 fits 140mm fans at the top with no brackets or solutions to mount 120mm fans. Especially a dual rad like in the H100. Does anyone have any solutions at all to this problem? I'm pretty sure i'm not the first person.

Now my question to Scan. I was looking for a bracket and noticed you stock Bitspower watercooling gear . Looking online it seems Bitspower sells a radiator guard which looks capable of mounting the radiator successfully.

    It's called: Bitspower Mesh Radguard 240 (2 x 120mm) - Black Aluminum
Can be found here: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=22945 (US site, the postage is more then the item price!)

    Specifications:
    Size (LxWxT): 275x140x2 MM
Fans grill covers: 2 PCS (120x120mm fans)

Unsure about the H100 rad mounting i am expecting 120mm holes to be required due to the 120mm fans. Is there a mechanism to mount 140mm fan's to it? That would instantly solve my problem.

Question is would it work, and if so could you stock it?
    Thanks.

Re: Corsair H100, Lian Li PC-P50R and Bitspower Radguard.

Hi, the rad guard wont work, because the 2 120mm holes will still be too far apart (just like in your case)

the Gap between the two 120mm fans on the h100 is 15mm
the gap between the two 140mm fans on your case is 15mm
the gap between the two 120mm fans on your rad grill, is LARGER than 15mm (as they are inside the 140mm holes)

so the ONLY way to mount a h100 in a case, is if it ONLY supports two 120mm fans, if it has 140mm holes and then has the OPTION for 120mm, it still wont fit due to the position of the 120mm

the only way to overcome this, is to, in your case, buy that rad guard, but then only screw on ONE half of the h100 ( the other half wont line up)

then put your fans on the other side of the rad as useual.

hope that made some sort of sense lol

Hi, that's what i thought. Might just have to go down the cable tie method instead. Thanks.
