    Damaged case & fan?

Got my parts today. Thank you

However, the case was damaged. The box itself looked fine and the so was the polystyrene inside which makes me think it's some kind of manufacturering defect?

The case is bent and so the top fan cover doesn't sit on it properly and the side door doesn't slide on either.

also the fan was inside the case, half apart like this..

I'd rather not send it back as I have all my goodies ready to go now! is there anything else you can do? I've been with you guys for years now hope we can sort something out!

    Thanks,
    Adrian

Edit: Do you need know my order no. or can you find out from my forum account? If not PM me and I will send you it. Thanks.

You really need to send it via their online system on the website tbh.

    Re: Damaged case & fan?

Similar thing happened to me (different case) as I posted in another thread. I ordered another one and returned the damaged one for a refund. I got the new one the next day and the damaged one was picked up at the same time. Got a refund within 7 days. Really this is by far the easiest way of getting another case rather than waiting for RMA turnaround then having to possibly chase up a replacement.

Yeah, I'll do that thanks. I thought it may have been quicker on here but apparently not!

    Re: Damaged case & fan?

PSU area is on the bottom on this so that was fine. However the top area (where PSU's traditionally are) was bent/crushed so the door doesn't shut properly and the fan cover that sits on top doesn't sit right.
