Which RAM for HP N36L Microserver

I've just bought HP N36L Microserver

Now I need to buy 4GB RAM from Scan, which one do I need? Cheapest one of course.

Kingston KVR1333D3N9/2G two of these is cheaper then the one 4gb stick
Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G

scan doesn't appear to stock these but play.com has them starting from £10
