    I agree, really no hassle every time i called them. Just yesterday, I ordered something from their today deals, but clicked the wrong link and paid full price.
    I sent them one email, and they gave me the offer straight away even though it was my fault.

    I wish I could agree, I've long since abandoned scan for both work and home based on RMA experience.
    Sales, ordering etc all spot on but two RMA's got silly and I ended up footing the bill.

    No problems here (and I've had a few RMAs with them over the years...) but I must say I have seen a few too many motherboard RMAs refused lately....to the point where I do not think I would consider ordering another motherboard from them.

    Seems citing "user installation" and then pointing at the scansure insurance is a get-out clause these days.....

    well i have had to send my gpu back to scan for the 2nd time for another test as it apparently passed a benchmark yet it crash's in mine and my freinds pc :@ best rma??!

    Could well be an issue with your and your friends machine's

    A particular driver or something could be causing the problem
