Haupage WinTV Nova-T PCI not detected

I have replaced a Nova-T from scan on saturday after receiving a faulty one on Friday but the new one has the same problem - its not being detected by the bios (in the list of cards and irqs at the end of hte post) or by windows XP.

I have tried it in 4 machines:

    Abit KT7-Raid
    Asus A7V133
    Asus P4B-M
    Asus A7N8X-Dlx V1.06

and it isnt detected by any of them.

Any suggestions or have I just got unlucky and got 2 duff cards in a row?

    nova t pci detection

I have bought this card today and exactly the same thing happens here. It is connected but no sign of communication either in BIOS or in windows.

I use win XP on an MSI motherboard with an Intel P4 2.53.

Did you come up with any solution or you just returned it?
