Stock check: Gigabyte Overclocked Radeon HD 7970

Any idea when these will be in? Was going to order a new system just as they went out of stock.

At the moment we don't have any dates on the purchasing system, and after checking on the suppliers link, none of the UK suppliers of gigabyte hardware has stock of these cards available at the moment.

As such, we are currently awaiting for further updates now as to when the stock is going to be arriving here at SCAN.

I was looking for one of these cards too, there are a few other places stocking them but about £40 more than scan, I guess that's because they can afford to charge more because they have stock still.

May I recommend a Gigabyte GeForce 670. Only a few quid more and similar performance. The 7970 is slightly better, and to be honest since I've last looked at graphics cards the price has dropped immensely (enough to get me interested), but I can vouch for the 670
