Cut off time for next day delivery ?

Hi...

Whats the cut off time for Delivery's please ? I used your free delivery service that's given to us Hexus menbers & the icon in the corner stated that if ordered now would/could be delivered for Tuesday & I've had no 3rd status for Order picked or Dispatched ?

From all the other items I've bought from you have been next day (& there have been a few) ! Does the free delivery mean you dispach when ever ???

EDIT - Just got off the phone to Customer services, cut off is 12pm ! This must be just a Monday thing with the back log of orders from Sunday ?

Next time I'll make up my mind sooner LOL

Monday was a strange day with a massive rush over the weekend, but generally we try to keep the cut off as late as possible.

If the orders urgent and required next day, give us a shout on sales and we can flag orders as urgent but only if they are really urgent.

From what I've seen any time from 5 until around 7 is that latest you could hope for, which is great in my opinion, a lot of others places have a solid 5pm cut off
