Just wondering what the chances are of this actually arriving on the 19th? If so when would it be dispatched if you do get the stock in on the 19th. I have pre-ordered this so hopefully should be on the waiting list.

This item should have been delivered on Friday however appears as yet to not have arrived.

I shall request an update from our purchasing team and see if I can get a new ETA from Silverstone

I have had confirmation from Silverstone confirming the goods are on route to us and stock should be here in the next 24-48 houra

Nice one thanks for the update. I thought they had been discontinued.

Since I'm typing, can I ask, I opened an 'RMA' or returns to return a motherboard, which is unopened, I am returning this as I'm not happy with specs or quality of the product, but I don't remember any form asking for the reason of return, so I'm abit worried someone at Scan will think its faulty and test it only to find it working and reject the return. What should I do?

I opened the return within the 7 days DSR return policy, I'm going to post it off tomorrow.

You will need an RMA to return the goods.

^ Yep already did that last week, but how would the person at the Returns department know why it was returned? Shall I leave a note inside saying the reason?

If you already have an RMA number, please ensure this is clearly marked on the shipping packaging so they can get this booked in once it arrives back at SCAN.

Sorry another quick question, the SG05 came in stock so I have ordered this, but I had originally pre-ordered it but it disappeared from the outstanding orders page, I'm a bit worried that I will be charged for two of these items and have two of them arrive. Would this be the case or not? Are pre-ordered items automatically processed?
