Just me or is Scan behind

2 weeks ago I started deciding what parts I wanted for a new build and slowly but surely the prices have been decreasing everywhere expect scan out of 10 parts 9 where the cheapest in scan however it seems amazon have just done something and decide its time to go hard and cut everything massively and the worse part is scan is also running out of products at the same time. Now only 3 products out of 10 are with scan.

Anyone else noticed it or just me?

p.s maybe scan believes it can charge more for the service which i guess is cool.

Amazon are usually the first to drop the prices of hardware as they can afford to, they have a much wider array of products and can easily subsidise it with sales of other items.

Yeah, I'm guessing Scan would have to deplete their existing stock before they can order more from their distributors at the reduced prices which would then allow them to reduce the price of the product on the site without items selling at a loss.

Amazon can drop prices as they dont pay tax in the uk being a liechenstein based company

Luxembourg surely? Probably both depending on which country has the lowest tax rate for whatever's being sold.

Maybe if they ain't paying as much tax cause I always wonder how them Americans most feel when they get like everything 20% cheaper on their pcs.
