I bought 2 monitors last week, and one arrived with a stuck pixel. Some guides on the internet gave advice such as tapping it and using a hot cloth, but I was hesistant to perform this myself. I got in contact with SCAN customer support, and they offered to refund the monitor. They gave me an RMA number, but I can't seem to find on the site where I'm supposed to be sending it back to. When I had to return a different item before, the company's parcel service picked it up. Is that what I should expect to happen? I found this place through google, hope it's the right place to ask.
