Question re MSI Graphics Card Warranty

Looking at these MSI cards the warranty lengths are given as
LN47367 24 months
LN47385 12 months
But I here it states

Does this mean that they are OEM with a restricted warranty as Scan is an authorised reseller http://uk.msi.com/service/wheretobuy/

Oh well - it looks as though I will be placing my order with another Authorised Reseller who does advertise the 3 year warranty
