Reseting password

I cant seem to be able to reset my password on Scan, i havent bought anything for a while and forgot stuff ive requested password reset twice now yesterday and today and havent had an email yet. Does this normally take this long? I was going to buy a monitor and some ram and in the time i been waiting the monitor went out of stock

no worries i called customer service at scan and they been able to send me a link that worked. Thanks.
