Dpd parcel problem

My motherboard has a fault so i called scan they arranged for the parcel to be collected....

So it was picked up yesterday to get to scan today i noticed that it had no scans only thing it said was picked up. so i phoned dpd and they are giving me the impression they have lost it

Sometimes on returning an item to Scan, it can take them a few days to acknowledge that it's been received - depends if there's a backlog or not.

Its all sorted now Scan will receive its this monday coming
