ASRock K8S8X Errors (with 3 beeps) with 3200C2PT RAM

I bought an ASRock K8S8X board from Scan about 3 months ago, with a stick of 512 MB Corsair 3200C2PT RAM. This has all worked perfectly since. Just bought another stick of 512 MB Corsair 3200C2PT RAM, and discover that both do not work together in the K8S8X. Both sticks have been tested using Memtest86, and pass. I have tested both sticks on their own in each RAM slot, and they work perfectly. Having both sticks installed though gives me a blank screen coupled with a continuous 3 beeps sound.

I have updated to the latest bios (1.7), relaxed all the memory timings, neither which have made any difference. Is it a problem with the board?

    Thanks

Do you recommend I RMA the board then, or the RAM? Or is there anything else I could try?

    Thanks Apex
