Will EOL Phenom II 965 be restocked ?

I ordered a Phenom II X4 965 on the 15th Dec, only to be told that it had been overdue since the 4th. Does anyone know if this EOL chip will/can be resupplied, or would I be better cancelling that order and trying somewhere else? If possible I'd prefer to stick with the Scan order (for the ScanSure policy!)
