I bought a MSI 760GA-P43 AMD 760G motherboard from Scan on their eBay shop.
I have an Intel PC and I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong motherboard. I immediately messaged Scan and asked them to cancel my order. Sadly, they couldn't and my motherboard arrived the next day. However, I they did manage to create a return RMA and I did return my motherboard.
Couple of days later, I got a an email saying my RMA has been rejected. No details were given. Someone please explain why? I can't use the motherboard since I don't have a AMD CPU. I insured the parcel would arrive in the condition it was sent, so I know it wasn't accidentally damaged on the way.
Scan employees, care to explain why it was rejected?
My RMA number is:290773
